Committee members must complete a DBS check and register with the DBS update service DBS Update Service - GOV.UK (www.gov.uk) and About us - Disclosure and Barring Service - GOV.UK (www.gov.uk). Committee members must also complete an Ofsted EY2 form Apply to join a nursery or other daycare organisation (EY2) - GOV.UK (www.gov.uk) Ofsted must be notified if there is a change in Manager and a new EY2 form submitted if they are to become the Nominated Individual for the setting.
