Managing Allegations

The NYSCP procedures “Managing Allegations Against Those Who Work or Volunteer with Children" must be followed in all cases of an allegation against any person working with children, including paid and unpaid staff, volunteers, foster carers and prospective adopters.  The procedures are available of the NYSCP website.   A referral form is also available.
