The OH portal is a web based system for easy, remote access and easy to use online forms. The portal enables the online submission of OH referrals and secure return of OH reports. The portal also contains a clinic session appointment booking system and can be used for recording and analysis of health surveillance activities including health declarations (pre placement assessments).
