These guidelines will help schools fulfil their duty to eliminate discrimination, harassment and victimisation and their duty to foster good relations, under the Equalities Act (2010) and the Public Sector Equalities Duties (2012). It provides schools with information about how to deal with and report on the frequency and extent of prejudiced based incidents within school.
