We have introduced an eform for budget managers and schools to use in order to submit payroll costing queries to the Employment Support team. The form captures the relevant information required for us to be able to deal with any payroll costing changes/amendments. The introduction of this e-form will mean we are able to deal with these types of queries much more efficiently as we are able to capture the minimum information required and this will be used across Employment Support Service and Finance Business Support. This means your query can then be allocated to one of our administrators to investigate at a much faster rate, make any changes or amendments to ResourceLink, and forward to the Finance Business Support team to make any necessary changes in ORACLE.
